Trade Show Exhibit

Drive Clean Across Texas campaign staff are available to attend trade shows, conferences, and other clean air events nearly year-round. One or two campaign staff members will attend an event with a booth, brochures, educational campaign tools, and electronic media designed to share the Drive Clean messages with fellow Texans. Campaign personnel may staff an exhibit for up to one-week in duration. Please provide a minimum 45-day notice in advance of your event.

To invite Drive Clean Across Texas to your event, please e-mail b-webb@tamu.edu with the following information:

• > Name, date, location, and a very brief summary of the event
• > Amount of entry or exhibit fee, if any (Drive Clean Across Texas is a state-sponsored, public campaign with a very limited budget. We are much more available to attend events where there are no entry fees or where fees are waived for this education and outreach campaign.)
• > Space availability (We generally need space for a 10-foot booth, close access to electricity, one table for campaign supplies, and two chairs. In addition to banner graphics, we have a 10'x10' tent available.)
